What Does White Glove Service Look Like?
"Yesterday I met up with your workers at their first stop, at Kerns Public School. I want you to know how impressed I am with their work and with Greentec’s service. Here are the things that impressed me:
- Early Arrival and Readiness: They were an hour early, and showed up ready to get to work.
- Strategic Planning: They took a look at our room full of recycling and came up with a plan for what to load first.
- Professional Packing: They brought down their skids and boxes and loaded them full with old computers and other items.
- Courteous Service: They were very courteous, and didn’t want me to help them. “You are the client and you don’t have to do any work.”
- Efficient Execution: In two and a half hours, they had boxed up an entire room full of old equipment, and were ready to leave. 7 skids piled high.
- Thorough Cleanup: They tidied up the room before leaving, and left behind my plastic bins that our laptops and iPads were stored in.
- Unwavering Dedication: Your guys kept working the whole time, and didn’t stop for any breaks.
This was my first experience in working with Greentec, and I was extremely impressed with your workers and with the excellent service we received. Please share with your crew how pleased I am with their service. Thank you for an excellent and efficient pickup job."
